How to declare, write and use a simple service in Symfony2

Services declaration :

# src/Acme/YourBundle/Resources/config/services.yml

services:
    my_service:
        class: Acme\YourBundle\Service\MyService

    another_service:
        class: Acme\YourBundle\Service\AnotherService
